Conquer Cannocks returns for 2025 – with 5k and 10k races PLUS 16k route and mini-miler for the little ones.

Event and Route Information
Taking place at Cannock Chase on July 20th, Conquer Cannock is set to be even greater than last year! On the morning of the event, you can collect your race number and timing chip before heading off to the pre-race group warm-up. Each race will start at different times, and our MC will call you to the starting line when yours is about to start.
Runners at Conquer Cannock can expect mixed terrain, hills, loose surfaces and exposed tree roots. Our marshalls will also be dotted throughout the forest trail as you take in the incredible sights of the forest. So what are you waiting for? Sign up today and Conquer Cannock in 2025!
You must be 16 or older for the 16k. Those 15 and over can take on the 10k and 14 or over to sign up for the 5k. The mini-miler is open to ages 3 or over, or running buggies.

You must be 14 or older to take part in the 5k event.
10k
Start time – 09:45
Race fee: £30
You must be 15 or older to take part in the 10k event.
16k
Start time – 09:30
Race fee: £40
You must be 16 or older to take part in the 16k event.
Mini-miler
Start time – 10:05
Race fee: £10
You must be 3 years old or older to take part in the mini miler event.

Additional information
Parking: Accessible parking is available for all participants on site.
Refreshments: The café onsite at Cannock Chase visitor centre is open to serve hot/cold drinks and light snacks.
Toilets: The main toilet block onsite at Cannock Chase visitor centre is accessible to all runners, spectators, and volunteers.
Bag drop: There will be no formal bag drop onsite.

All money from Conquer Cannock helps fund our vital work. In addition to your race fee, you can also set up a Just Giving page and raise money to help those living with lung cancer.
Lung cancer is the UK’s biggest cancer killer. It kills more people than breast, prostate and pancreatic cancers combined. Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only UK charity solely dedicated to supporting everyone affected by lung cancer. The charity also funds life-saving research to improve early detections, campaigns for access to life-lengthening treatments and challenges the dangerous misconceptions surrounding the disease.
