The Paris Marathon begins and ends beneath the majestic Arc de Triomphe. From there, you take on a spectacular loop right through the centre of the city.
Along the route, you will pass many of Paris’s most iconic landmarks. For example, you’ll see the grand Opéra Garnier and then continue past the historic Place de la Bastille. After that, you can soak in the natural beauty of the Bois de Vincennes. As the course unfolds, you will also catch glimpses of Notre Dame. Finally, you will marvel at the Eiffel Tower as it comes into view, guiding you towards the finish line.
