Your 3K. Your way.
You don’t need to be an experienced runner to take part.
Walk around your local park. Jog before work. Head out with a friend. Take the dog. Or jump on the treadmill when the November weather has other ideas.
There’s no race and no pressure to be fast.
Walk it. Jog it. Run it. Your pace doesn’t matter — your 3K does.
30 days of 3Ks adds up to an incredible 90km by the end of November.

90km sounds big. So don’t start with 90km.
Start with 3K.
Then come back tomorrow and do another 3k.
They all count.
By 30 November, all those daily runs could add up to something incredible: 90km completed during Lung Cancer Awareness Month.
We can’t wait to welcome you to #TeamRoyCastle
