Sign up for our amazing multi activity challenge and explore the natural beauty of Wales’ largest National Park.
The Snowdon Triple Challenge will test you mentally and physically as you cross a variety of terrains on foot, by bike and in a kayak.
You’ll complete the challenge in just one day. The trip may be short at just 36km, but it is far from a walk in the park – you’ll take on steep hills and gruelling climbs, all while admiring the landscape of Snowdonia National Park.
Your long-awaited adventure begins the day before your challenge in Llanberis, where you will receive a full safety briefing from the challenge leaders. The next day after a hearty breakfast, your journey will begin.

Why take on the Snowdon Triple challenge for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation?
- We are the only lung cancer charity in the UK dedicated to helping everyone affected by lung cancer.
- Lung cancer is a disease that, despite what many may think, can affect anyone.
- It is the UK’s biggest cancer killer, with over 36,000 dying from lung cancer every year. It kills more people than breast, prostate and pancreatic cancer combined, and more women than breast and ovarian cancer combined.
- It is our mission to ensure everyone diagnosed with lung cancer can live well with the disease for as long as possible.
