This Easter get out and get fit with our virtual Easter Run. Not only will you earn yourself an Easter-themed medal, but we will also reward you with a yummy Cadbury’s Creme Egg for all your hard work!

How to take part
Once signed up, you’ll receive an invitation to join our Strava running club and Facebook running community, I am a Roy’s Runner.
To complete your Easter run, simply pick your distance, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Full Marathon, pick your day/days to head out to complete your run, upload your evidence to either Strava or our Roy’s Runners Facebook group and receive your exclusive Easter medal in the post.
We would love to have as many Roy’s Runners as possible completing their run on Easter Sunday however you are more than welcome to complete it anytime in April, beginning, middle or end!
Please note, if you run your Easter run early we won’t be able to post your easter medal until week beginning 5th April.
Exclusive Easter Run Technical Top:
We have designed an exclusive Easter Technical top for any supporter that kindly donates or pledges to fundraise a minimum of £26.00.
You can purchase your exclusive technical top at registration, or if you would prefer to fundraise for your technical top, you will find Just Giving details in your welcome email.

We want your virtual Easter Run to be as fun and as safe as possible, because of this we ask you please read the following important information below to stay safe & protect others:
It is absolutely vital that those taking on a virtual run, walk or cycle follow the strict Government instructions. If you live outside of England please refer to your Government guidelines.
Following on from the latest announcement 4.01.2021, the current guidelines for exercise are as follows:
Exercise should be limited to once per day & you should not travel outside your local area.
You can exercise in a public outdoor place, either:
- By yourself.
- With the people you live with.
- With your support bubble (If you are legally permitted to form one)
- Or when on your own, with one person from another household.
- It is absolutely essential that we all follow the Government instructions.
You are taking on this challenge in support of those living with lung cancer. They are at high risk of serious illness if they contract this virus, so please make sure you only take on this challenge in line with the latest Government instruction and stay safe.
