Online support

We provide a range of online support options to ensure you can access help, advice, and connection from the comfort of your own home. Whether you’re living with lung cancer, caring for someone, or seeking to connect with others, our online support sessions and community forum are here to support you.

Online support sessions

Our online support sessions, held via Zoom, are designed to cover a variety of topics related to living with and managing lung cancer. Run by experienced facilitators, these sessions offer:

  • A safe space to connect with others in similar situations.
  • Expert advice on topics such as self-care, symptom management, diet, exercise, and sleep.
  • Opportunities to chat about non-cancer-related topics like holidays or favourite films for a sense of normalcy.

Natasha’s experience

“I’m so glad I joined the online support sessions. They’ve given a safe space to share my worries without burdening my loved ones. It’s freeing to connect with people who truly understand.”
