Spot the Symptoms
There are many different types of symptoms of lung cancer – some, like persistent coughing or breathlessness, you might expect and others, such as clubbed fingers or back pain, that you might not recognise. It is vital you are aware of all the potential symptoms of lung cancer and share all of these with your GP.
It doesn’t matter if you have one symptom or five, if you spot any potential symptoms of lung cancer, and they are unusual for you, you need to contact your GP practice. Chances are, it is not lung cancer causing these symptoms but it is important to make sure. You are not wasting anyone’s time because if it is lung cancer, the sooner it is found, the easier it is to treat.
