This cycle is quite tough and has been designed to be challenging but achievable providing you have trained correctly. You will be cycling for 5 consecutive days and you can expect to be in the saddle for an average of 7-8 hours a day in varied temperatures. The fitter you are, the more you will enjoy this challenge. A full training guide will be provided in your welcome pack when you register with Global Adventure Challenges.

25 years ago today, Roy Castle ended his incredible Tour of Hope appeal with a gala at the London Palladium.

Roy was an exceptional person, there’s no doubt about it. It was exemplified by his Tour of Hope. It sent out a message of hope to everyone affected by lung cancer. The essence of this has remained at the core of everything we do.

Thank you, Roy.
