Terms and conditions
The Free Will online Will scheme with our Will writing partners offers everyone the chance to write their basic Will for free, either using phone, video call or online.
The Free Will service relates to single online Free Wills and our Will writing partners may charge a fee for additional Wills such as mirror Wills, more complicated Wills or for any future amendments.
We always recommend that you seek face to face appointments for professional advice from a professional Will writer, Estate planner or Solicitor, especially if your circumstances are more complex to ensure that you receive the correct advice. The online Wills that form part of our Free Will service are only suitable for basic Wills.
If you choose to ask for more in-depth advice from any of our Will writing partners, this would be outside of our charity’s online Free Will service and you will be liable for any fees that may result.
We do not pay a referral fee to any of our partners who are part of this scheme. Any Will writing partner to whom we may refer you is an independent Will writing business. Inclusion of a Will writing partner in the Free Will scheme does not imply any recommendation by the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.
Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation reserves the right to withdraw the Free Will service in any format at any time.
The Free Will service offer cannot be used with any other solicitor, Will writer or Estate planner other than the ones currently advertised and the service is not exchangeable in part or full for cash.
Any further costs incurred over and above what we are offering as part of our Free online Will scheme will be payable by you at a rate agreed between you and the Will writing partner. Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is not responsible for any costs that you incur in the preparation of your Will.
Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is not responsible for preparing your Will.
You are not obliged to leave a legacy gift to charity or to donate.
It is a condition of the Free online Will scheme that you arrange your Will directly with our participating Will writing partner and direct any queries directly with them as RCLCF cannot provide you with any advice or technical assistance, although feedback on the service is always welcome.
Any complaint that you may wish to raise against one of our participating Will writing partners should be made directly to them or their regulators.
Offer is not applicable to residents of the Isle of Man or NI.
