If you already have a place at the Manchester Half Marathon, we would love to have you on our Roy’s Runner’s team. There’s no fundraising commitment but any money you can raise will help support our vital work to stop lung cancer cutting lives short. Our fundraising team will support you with any fundraising you do, as well as give you tips and ideas to raise even more money. Email sport@roycastle.org for more information.

About the Manchester Half Marathon

Growing in success year after year, the Manchester Half Marathon has cemented its place in the running calendar, with over 16,500 runners taking part last year.

Runners can look forward to a flat and fast 13.1 miles route that guides them through the city’s iconic landmarks and vibrant atmosphere. An ideal race for seasonal runners seeking a PB to those looking to test themselves at a new longer distance, the Manchester Half is inclusive, fun and welcoming.

Starting and finishing by Old Trafford, the Manchester Half Marathon truly represent all the wonderful people of this illustrious city, and celebrate its many achievements with thousands of locals coming out to cheer on all runners.
